We currently offer delivery to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Express Delivery (if available): Up to 3 days faster than standard shipping
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and external factors beyond our control. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow every step of its journey.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details — because we know how exciting it is to wait for something special.

From time to time, Pet Love offers free shipping promotions, which will always be clearly indicated on our website.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send your order.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t reached you within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at store@petlove.ie within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate promptly and do everything possible to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
